Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations and will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alexmunallc@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
